R-O-S Media is based in Atlanta, GA.

All projects are originally and uniquely developed. R-O-S Media can produce select services the same day or less than a week. This timeline is considered rushed and automatically include a "rush fee". Please be mindful that revisions can prolong the development process, as well. Lastly, be mindful that the research and planning phases vary due to the nature of the service.

When R-O-S Media is scheduled for a certain time, that is the time we shoot, with 30-45 minutes of set up and break down time included in the fee. Please be mindful when booking photography and videography that we arrive and leave at the scheduled time outlined in your service agreement. If you would like us to arrive earlier or stay later, we must be paid for that time before we arrive or before we leave the location. There may be certain occurrences out of our control, for example, the event not starting on time or issues with sound; however, we will only shoot during the scheduled time. Please be aware to book accordingly.

Photography is a stand-alone service and must be scheduled and paid for in addition to ordering a printed item. When ordering a printed item, you must provide photos unless you instruct us to use stock photos or a combination of your photos and stock photos. Upon booking, someone from our team will contact you directly to understand the goal for the shoot. The entire fee is paid upfront to secure your project timeline. All products must be delivered locally to R-O-S Media within 24hrs of booking OR shipped to R-O-S Media within 5 days of booking. We are based in Atlanta, GA. Our address will be provided upon contacting you. Turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Please plan accordingly. If located in Memphis, TN, Knoxville, TN, or Atlanta, GA (or surrounding areas), we can refer a photographer or videographer if we are unavailable.
