  • Do you have a portfolio for me to view?
    Currently, R-O-S Media's Instagram (@rayofsunshinemedia) is being revamped to showcase our radiant catalog, so there's a limited portfolio available. When ordering available digital or print items from the shop online, there are samples of each included. If you would like to view a specific sample before proceeding, email info@rayofsunshine.co with the subject "Sample Request".
  • How long will my project take to be completed?
    All projects are originally and uniquely developed. R-O-S Media can produce select services the same day or less than a week. This timeline is considered rushed and automatically include a "rush fee". Please be mindful that revisions can prolong the development process, as well. Lastly, be mindful that the research and planning phases vary due to the nature of the service.
  • I want you to stay longer than the time I booked you for photography/videography. What should I do?
    When R-O-S Media is scheduled for a certain time, that is the time I shoot, with 15-30 minutes of set up and break down time included in the fee. Please be mindful when booking photography and videography that I arrive and leave at the scheduled time outlined in your service contract. If you would like me to arrive earlier or stay later, I must be paid for that time before I arrive or before I leave the venue. There may be certain occurrences out of my control, for example, the event not starting on time or issues with sound; however, I will only shoot during my scheduled time. Please be aware to book accordingly.
  • I want a retractable banner and flyers. Is photography included in the price?
    Photography is a stand-alone service and must be scheduled and paid for in addition to ordering a printed item. When ordering a printed item, you must provide photos unless you instruct me to use stock photos or a combination of your photos and stock photos.
  • Do I need to book a photoshoot for my service or product(s)?
    R-O-S Media reserves the right to not complete services without high quality, professional photography. If located in Memphis, TN, Knoxville, TN, or Atlanta, GA (or surrounding areas), we can refer a photographer or videographer.
  • I want to donate to your scholarship endowment with UTK. How do I do this?

  • Are there additional fees I should be aware of?
    A revision fee is added to ALL services that are revised MORE than twice. Your fee is contingent upon the service and time of completion for revision. Please be mindful of this when booking and completing your service form(s) and sending information required to compete your project. It is best to complete your form as accurately as possible. For example, if you have certain fonts that you prefer and reflect your brand's identity, this is necessary information to be included in your responses. Also, if you have specific colors that reflect your brand's identity, please provide me with the HEX code(s). The revision fee begins at $50 and varies per service. When having a website built from scratch, you should purchase both a domain and host plan. R-O-S Media does not provide either of these.
  • What is a "restart" fee?
    If 15 business days have passed and the project has not been completed due to waiting on you for any reason, a restart fee of $100 will be assessed. This invoice will be sent via PayPal before restarting the project. R-O-S Media adheres to strict deadlines, so please do not book a service if the timing is a concern for you.
  • When do I pay for my service?
    All services must be paid for in full or with a deposit upon booking. Payment instructions are provided with each product or service. Dates and projects are not official without payment.
  • I need a website. What are fees I should be aware of?
    When having a website developed, you will pay 3 sets of fees. 1. Your one time development fee that is due to R-O-S Media. 2. Your domain fee that you will decide to pay annually or monthly upon purchasing your domain. (i.e. My domain is rayofsunshine.co.) 3. Your web host plan that you will decide to pay annually or monthly. Hosts include WordPress, Squarespace, WIX, GoDaddy, Shopify, and more. For more information regarding website development, view the detailed checklist here. You must meet all requirements prior to signing your contract and paying your development fee.
  • How can I contact you?
    Ray of Sunshine Media is available via email (info@rayofsunshine.co). Direct messaging on social media (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) does not replace a consultation or email. Communication via social media is not allowed, under any circumstances. Phone call, text message and video chat are available when a consultation has been booked OR once a working relationship has been established through booking a service or purchasing a product. Hours are: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5:30p EST Saturday, by appointment Sunday, CLOSED Feel free to submit a detailed inquiry here. All inquiries received after business hours are subject to response the following business day. Please allow up to 24hrs for a response.
  • What is your email?
    Our only email is info@rayofsunshine.co (not .com).
  • I need to discuss an idea, at length. May I call you? May you email me back and forth?
    If you need to discuss an idea, project, service, plan, or timeline at length, a consultation is required and can be booked, here. Our team is diligently working to use our time wisely for our amazing clients. For general questions, feel free to email us directly at info@rayofsunshine.co.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Ray of Sunshine Media reserves the right to not give a refund.
  • What if I'm not pleased with my project?
    The goal is to produce work the client is proud of and pleased with. If in fact you want changes made, I will gladly revise the project ONCE before a fee is added. Once your project has been finalized and you've recieved all files, the service is final. Clear communication is extremely beneificial for the both of us in regard to time and money. Please complete your service forms accurately prior to your project beginning and during the collabortion process.
