Ranequa Bean is the Owner/Pastry Chef of Memphis’ own 350 Baked. Her nearly 10 years of experience includes stewarding culinary excellence for high-end restaurants, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and nonprofits.
Her strongest credential is her passion for cooking, which emerged at the tender age of 12 years old. From there, she soon fell in love with baking and the joy it brings to others. Through 350 Baked, she shares her one of a kind specialty cakes, cookies, and brownies with the 901.
This particular red represents her burning passion for all things culinary and tasty, the warm temperature the oven is set to bake her products, and the warmth her provision brings to many hearts in the community.
