When seeking logo development, only, your brand must already be developed. This means that your business name/idea, offering, messaging, and colors are solidifed. We advise providing specific HEX codes for your colors to ensure we use the exact color of your preference. 
 
If R-O-S Media has to help decide your business name/idea, offering, colors and/or messaging (motto or slogan) for the logo, then do not book this service. Your order will be canceled and refunded immediately. You must book brand identity development by emailing info@rayofsunshine.co. A consultation is required for brand identity development for us both to learn if R-O-S Media is a good fit and for our team to understand your business' provision, structure, and goals.
 
A submark is not included with logo design but is available as an add-on. The submark is a variation of the logo and is developed upon selecting your logo with 3 sample submarks provided. 
 
The average turnaround time for this service is: 
- 3-4 business days for 3 sample logos
- 1-2 business days for the logo package (1 PNG, 1 PNG on a transparent background, 1 vector (Ai or SVG), and 1 PDF)
 
The logo package includes 4 filetypes for varied use (printing, digital, etc.) and is sent via email.
